Making beat,enoying tunes and dancing to tracks ,  writing poetry and turning it in to song ,creative thinking critically out loud , smoking weed and rapping ,I feel I train my brain to go Insain overanalyzation of my thought process. Well when I was 20 was diagnosed as a bipolar and skitsophrenic but I think it was just voodoo my ex friend did he was in to black magic I think after I was diagnosed by a doctor I was put in the asylum and stayed there i would get out for a few days and go back in.
