Chi latte so.

 I like chia latte so . I made my own 
I use black tea or chia sayaw! Ok make some tea how ever you make it 
And I would add a tea spoon of instant coffee in the hot tea also coffee creamer , honey ,cinnamon and  suger  
I want one a day for breakfast at least. 
    So today 5/15/19 I put a little oval teen in the mix and it was good .
